Longevity Brain Lab Inc. is working to make our website and application usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
We have not completed a formal third-party audit. We describe our current status honestly below rather than claiming a level of conformance we have not verified.
We are in active development ahead of our beta release. We review accessibility as part of our ongoing work, and we are aware that some areas still need attention. Known items we are working on include:
Our application is voice-based. Sessions involve speaking and listening. We recognize that this presents real barriers for people who are deaf, hard of hearing, non-speaking, or who have speech differences. We are working on alternatives, and we welcome input from people who would be affected. This is a design question we would rather hear about directly than guess at.
Our site is built to respect the accessibility settings you already use, rather than asking you to configure a separate tool on our site. This includes:
If one of these does not work as expected on our site, that is a problem on our end, and we would like to know about it.
If you encounter a barrier, or if something on our site or in our application is difficult or impossible for you to use, please contact us:
Please tell us what you were trying to do, the page or screen involved, and the assistive technology or settings you use, if you are comfortable sharing that. We aim to respond within five business days. If a fix will take longer, we will tell you what we are doing and when to expect it.
If you need information from this site in a different format, or need help completing something here, contact us at support@longevitybrainlab.com and we will work with you to provide it.
Some parts of our service rely on third-party platforms that we do not control, including app distribution through the Apple App Store. We are not able to control the accessibility of content hosted by others, but we will do what we can to help if you run into difficulty reaching us through them.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact us again at hello@longevitybrainlab.com and ask that your concern be escalated.
We will update this statement as our work continues, including when we complete testing or address the items listed above. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
