These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Longevity Brain Lab application and related services (the “Service”), provided by Longevity Brain Lab Inc. (“Longevity Brain Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
Longevity Brain Lab provides a voice-based application designed to support cognitive engagement and general wellbeing. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. The Service depends on third-party technologies described in our Privacy Policy.
Longevity Brain Lab is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Service is intended for general informational and wellbeing purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or health advice. Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you experienced through the Service. If you think you may have a medical or mental-health emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately (911 in the U.S., or your local emergency number). Results and experiences vary, and we make no claims that the Service will prevent, treat, cure, or slow any condition, including any decline in cognitive function.
Physical activity warning. The Service may prompt or accompany physical exercise, movement, or training. Before starting any exercise program or increasing your physical activity, consult a qualified healthcare provider, especially if you have or suspect a cardiovascular, respiratory, orthopedic, metabolic, neurological, or mental-health condition, are pregnant or postpartum, are recovering from surgery or injury, or are taking medications that may affect exertion or balance. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, faintness, unusual heart rhythm, disorientation, sudden severe headache, or any other warning sign during use. You are solely responsible for your training environment, footwear, hydration, and exercise choices, and you assume all risks associated with physical activity.
Cognitive symptoms. If you experience new, worsening, or persistent symptoms of cognitive impairment, including memory loss, confusion, difficulty communicating, mood changes, sleep disturbances, or changes in behavior, consult a qualified healthcare provider. The Service is not designed to detect, diagnose, monitor, or treat cognitive, neurological, or psychiatric conditions of any kind.
Regulatory status. The Service, its content, and any statements made in connection with it have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory body. The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Any references to research studies, effect sizes, or population-level findings describe the general body of research on cognitive-physical training and are not claims about outcomes for any individual user of the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of the voice recordings, transcripts, and other content you provide (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Voice recordings and transcripts are automatically deleted 90 days after each session. You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the rights necessary to provide it.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted.
During the current beta period, the Service may be provided at no charge or with pricing to be announced. Pricing, subscriptions, and terms may change and will be presented to you before you are charged. Any purchases made through the Apple App Store are also governed by Apple’s applicable terms, and subscriptions and refunds for such purchases are handled by Apple.
The Service relies on third-party providers (including those listed in our Privacy Policy) and may link to or interoperate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. If you access the Service through the Apple App Store, Apple’s applicable terms also apply.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate or reliable.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LONGEVITY BRAIN LAB INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Longevity Brain Lab Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer-protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your state or country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
