This Privacy Policy explains how Longevity Brain Lab Inc. (“Longevity Brain Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the Longevity Brain Lab application and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

We do not knowingly collect special-category health diagnoses, and Longevity Brain Lab is not a medical device or diagnostic tool. See our Terms of Service for important health disclaimers.

2. Voice recordings & transcripts

The core of the Service is a voice-based experience. When you speak during a session:

Retention at a glance: Voice recordings and transcripts are automatically deleted 90 days after the session in which they were created. Account information is kept until you delete your account. See Section 6.

4. Service providers & data processors

We rely on the trusted third-party companies below to operate the Service. Each processes only the data needed to perform its function, under agreements that require appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards. These companies act as our processors (or sub-processors) and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

You can review each provider’s own privacy practices on their website. We may update this list as our infrastructure evolves; material changes will be reflected here.

5. AI processing

The Service uses artificial intelligence to transcribe your speech, generate spoken responses, and hold a conversation with you. Session text is sent to Anthropic’s AI models to produce responses. We work with providers that, under our agreements, do not use your content to train their general-purpose models. AI-generated responses can be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied upon as professional, medical, or health advice.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy:

8. Deleting your data & account

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@longevitybrainlab.com (or by using the in-app account-deletion option, if available). When you delete your account, we delete your account information and any stored transcripts, except where we are required to retain limited records by law. Voice recordings and transcripts are, in any case, automatically deleted 90 days after each session.

9. How we protect your data

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to promptly address any issues.

10. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children and is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International users

We operate in the United States, and the providers we use may process data in the United States and other countries. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers where required by law.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
