Longevity Brain Lab Inc. (“LBL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a voice-based cognitive and physical fitness application and an informational website at https://www.longevitybrainlab.com. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when you use these services.
LBL is intended for general fitness, recreation, and wellness. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
We collect the information you provide to create and access your account, including your name, email address, phone number when used for SMS login, and authentication information. Passwords are stored in hashed form.
We process your spoken answers and session messages to provide interactive coaching. We store encrypted text transcripts of answers and correctness results associated with your account.
We process purchase records, transaction identifiers, subscription status, and related information received through Apple App Store and RevenueCat to verify purchases and manage access. Purchases are processed through Apple. LBL does not directly collect your payment-card number or card security code through these in-app purchases.
Our application and infrastructure providers process technical information needed to deliver and secure the services, including connection information, IP addresses, device and app information, session timestamps, and diagnostic or error reports. The information processed depends on the service and provider involved.
We collect information you provide when you contact us, submit a privacy request, or provide feedback.
We do not request a medical questionnaire for the launch version. Please avoid including diagnoses or other sensitive personal details in spoken answers or support messages. If you choose to provide such information, it may be included in the transcript or communication we process.
The application requests microphone permission for voice sessions. You can manage this permission in your device settings. Disabling it may prevent voice features from working.
Your audio is streamed to service providers so it can be transcribed and the application can respond. LBL does not store audio recordings in its own application database. We store encrypted answer transcripts and correctness results. Audio, text, generated speech, and connection information are processed by the providers described below; their handling and retention depend on the applicable service configuration and agreements.

Each user has an account containing their information and results. The current launch version does not use past results to personalize future sessions or create inferred consumer profiles. We will update this policy before introducing materially different processing.
We disclose information to providers as needed to operate the services. Depending on their role, providers process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.

Authentication and account communications may also involve SMS and email delivery providers. We will identify the providers used for these functions in the final published version.
We use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the services involved. Providers may use authorized subprocessors and retain certain records as permitted by their agreements and applicable law. We do not claim that every provider has identical retention practices.
We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of business assets.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics tracking on our informational website or application. We do not use voice answers or transcripts to serve advertisements.
Our services and providers may use essential cookies, local storage, or similar mechanisms needed for authentication, security, preferences, and basic operation. Diagnostic processing described in this policy is distinct from advertising tracking. You can manage browser cookies and application permissions through your browser or device settings; disabling essential mechanisms may affect functionality.
LBL uses AI and related services to transcribe speech, generate text responses, and produce spoken coaching. Session text is sent to the relevant providers to generate responses. AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied on as professional or medical advice.
You can contact support@longevitybrainlab.com to request to opt out of AI processing. Because AI processing supports the core experience, opting out may limit or prevent use of these features. We will explain the available options when handling your request.
Provider retention and model-training practices depend on the applicable agreements and account settings. This policy does not promise that all providers delete information immediately or exclude it from training unless those settings have been verified.
We retain information for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. We consider whether your account or subscription remains active, whether information is needed to deliver sessions or resolve support matters, security and fraud concerns, applicable legal obligations, and relevant provider retention practices.
We do not promise an automatic 90-day deletion period. Backup copies and third-party records may remain under their applicable retention schedules. Where immediate deletion from backups is impracticable, access and use should remain restricted until the records are deleted or overwritten.
You can delete your LBL account in the application through Settings → Delete account. This removes your account and associated app data from our active database.
The current in-app deletion process does not automatically delete records held by RevenueCat. Backup copies and provider logs may also remain under their applicable retention schedules. Certain records may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, or resolving disputes.
To request deletion or assistance with information held outside our active database, contact support@longevitybrainlab.com. We will review the request, coordinate with relevant providers where appropriate, and explain applicable limitations.
Deleting your LBL account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription. Manage subscription cancellation through your Apple account’s subscription settings.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information; withdraw consent; object to or restrict processing; or appeal a denied request. You may also have rights concerning sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, where applicable.
Contact support@longevitybrainlab.com or visit our Support page to submit a request. We may need to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
If we deny a request, you may ask us to review the decision by contacting the same email address. You may also contact your applicable data-protection authority or other regulator.
For processing subject to EEA or UK data-protection requirements, we rely on the grounds applicable to the purpose: providing our services under a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the services, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider your rights and interests. You can withdraw consent for processing based on consent by contacting us.
For users in Canada and other jurisdictions, we seek consent where required and process information as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Our infrastructure is located in the United States. Providers may also process information in other countries, which may have different data-protection laws. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use the applicable contractual or other legally recognized measures. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your information.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted storage of answer transcripts and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We maintain and review safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved.
LBL is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 or permit their use through a parental-consent exception. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps to delete it.
We may update this policy as our services and practices change. We will update its effective date when published and provide notice of material changes as required by applicable law.
